Booking conditions
Il Gelso Selvatico asks for a minimum stay of 3 nights; to confirm the booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount is required.
Upon arrival at the property, the owners reserve the right to ask for a deposit of 50 euros; this is necessary to cover any damage that may occur inside the apartment, if none, the deposit will be returned or deducted.
By respecting all our guests, we cannot accept animals of any kind, we are sorry.
In case of cancellation
If the booking is cancelled, management will apply the following criteria:
- In the 30 days prior to arrival, the cancellation is free.
- From the 29th day to the 3rd day before arrival, the management will ask for payment of 50% on the total amount of the stay.
- If the booking is cancelled 2 days in advance, the day before or on the day of arrival, management will ask for compensation equal to 100% of the amount established.
Our schedules
Check-in is scheduled from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. every day. For arrivals outside of specified times, please notify management.
Check-out is provided from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. every day; for departures outside the specified times, please notify management.
Additional services
For all additional services, please ask in advance. Unfortunately for a structural problem of apartments, we do not have access to wheelchairs for people with disabilities.
